for: This course is designed for
young energetic people, who are very customer oriented and are interested in
making a career as Customer Services Agents at the airport. Airport duties
require their staff to work shifts including night shifts, students with the
inclination and drive will benefit from this course. Since this course
highlights on a very high level of customer service, students have a chance of
placements in all the service industry sectors, like Call Centers, Travel
Agency, Hotels, Cruise Liners and corporate houses apart from Airlines.
Eligibility: Graduates or a minimum 10 + 2 with a good command over spoken English.
