Objective: This highly technical course deals with the weight and balance of the aircraft. A load and trim sheet forms one of the most important document that goes on board an aircraft which is prepared by a Load Controller. It is this document that tells the Pilot of an aircraft the various distribution of the load on an aircraft which includes passengers, baggage, cargo and mail, etc. This load distribution establishes the centre of gravity of the aircraft which is the most important aspect for an aircraft to take-off.
Eligibility: Airline Staff with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Cargo, Ramp or Operations area within an airline or IAA students who have successfully completed a course in Ramp and Ground Operations.
